Ownership of the brand belongs to the CRM Group (Grupo CRM), a major player in the confectionery market that also owns the premium Kopenhagen brand. In a landmark deal finalized recently, the global food giant Nestlé acquired the CRM Group. This acquisition integrates Brasil Cacau into Nestlé's vast international portfolio, providing it with enhanced logistics and global reach while maintaining its distinct Brazilian identity and local manufacturing roots.
