United Romanian Breweries Bereprod (URBB) also famously known as Tuborg Romania, is one of the most prominent players in the Romanian brewing industry. The company was founded in 1994 and began its operations with the construction of a high-tech greenfield brewery in Pantelimon, near Bucharest. It was the first brewery in Eastern Europe to produce international licensed brands such as Tuborg and Carlsberg, maintaining strict international quality standards.
