Pasta Armando is a premium Italian pasta produced by De Matteis Agroalimentare S.p.A. The brand is distinguished by its direct supply chain agreement (Supply Chain Pact) with Italian farmers, ensuring the use of 100% Italian durum wheat grown without the use of glyphosate and pesticides.

Manufacturing takes place exclusively in Flumeri, Italy, at a specialized plant that includes its own integrated mill. This allows the company to monitor the entire production cycle from grain to finished pasta. The 'La Farfalla' variety shown is bronze-cut (trafilata al bronzo), which creates a rough surface texture ideal for holding sauces.
