Davidoff Cigarettes

Davidoff is a luxury brand of cigarettes and tobacco products with a heritage rooted in Swiss precision and high-quality craftsmanship. The brand was originally created by Zino Davidoff, whose family fled from Russia to Geneva, Switzerland, where they opened a specialized tobacco shop in 1911.

Over the decades, Davidoff became synonymous with high-end cigars and luxury smoking accessories. In the mid-20th century, the cigarette brand rights were acquired by the German tobacco giant Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken. Today, the cigarette brand is owned by Imperial Brands (formerly Imperial Tobacco), a British multinational company. However, the cigar and perfume segments under the Davidoff name remain owned by the Oettinger Davidoff Group based in Basel, Switzerland. Manufacturing of Davidoff cigarettes occurs across various global sites owned by Imperial Brands, including significant production facilities in Germany and various international locations to serve global markets.
