FAR microwave grill FMO

FAR is a distributor brand primarily known as the private label for the French home goods retailer BUT. It was founded in France to provide accessible and affordable household appliances ranging from kitchenware to laundry machines.

Since FAR is a private label, it does not own its own factories. Instead, the manufacturing is outsourced to large global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). While most of these appliances are produced in China by major electronics manufacturers, some units may be sourced from assembly plants in other regions such as Turkey or Eastern Europe. The brand remains a staple in the French market, owned by BUT International, which is ultimately co-owned by the Lutz Group and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.
