Caffè Vergnano is one of Italy’s oldest and most prestigious coffee roasters, with a history dating back to 1882 when Domenico Vergnano opened a small apothecary in Chieri, near Turin. The brand is celebrated for its traditional slow-roasting process, which ensures a balanced and intense aroma, as seen in the Granaroma 'Miscela Classica' variety shown in the image.

While the brand remains deeply rooted in its Italian heritage and continues to roast its beans in Italy, it underwent a significant corporate shift in 2021. The global beverage giant Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) acquired a 30% stake in the company to handle its international distribution. However, the majority control and management remain with the Vergnano family, maintaining the brand's authentic premium positioning. Caffè Vergnano is also an official partner of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
