Today, Côte d'Or is a global brand owned by the American multinational snacking giant Mondelēz International. While it has roots in small-scale artisanal production in Belgium, the modern manufacturing process is industrial-scale, primarily centered in Halle, Belgium, to maintain its authentic Belgian heritage, though production occasionally spans other Mondelēz facilities across Europe. The BonBonBloc line is one of their most popular offerings, featuring thick chocolate bars with creamy fillings, such as the praliné hazelnut variety shown here.
