Ybarra is one of Spain's most iconic food brands, specializing in the production of high-quality sauces, vinegars, and olive oils. Founded in 1842 in Seville, the brand has built a long-standing reputation for Mediterranean excellence. The mayonnaise pictured is manufactured in Spain, primarily at the company's modern production facilities in Seville, which replaced older sites following a significant restructuring of their industrial operations.

The brand is currently managed by Grupo Ybarra Alimentación, a joint venture formed in 2009 between the original Ybarra family and Migasa (Aceites y Proteínas, S.A.). This partnership combines the traditional branding and culinary expertise of Ybarra with the industrial and sourcing strength of Migasa, one of Spain's leading agro-industrial groups. While the Ybarra family remains central to the brand's identity, the strategic direction is governed by this joint corporate structure based in Andalusia.
