Pavesi Gocciole Biscuits

The brand was originally created by Pavesi, a historic Italian confectionery company founded by Mario Pavesi in 1937 in Novara. Pavesi gained international fame for products like 'Pavesini' before launching the Gocciole line, which has since become a staple in Italian households.

Today, the Gocciole brand is owned and managed by the Barilla Group, which acquired Pavesi in the early 1990s. The cookies are primarily manufactured in Barilla's specialized bakery facilities in Italy, particularly it the Castiglione delle Stiviere plant. Despite the massive scale of the Barilla Group, Gocciole remains deeply rooted in Italian culinary culture, maintaining its position as a market leader in the sweet biscuit category.
