As of the current period, it is primarily owned by Piolin BidCo, a consortium comprising the EQT Infrastructure fund, Miles Capital, and Alba Europe. While the group continues to manage iconic locations worldwide, it recently underwent a strategic shift by divesting its U.S.-based Palace Entertainment business to Herschend Family Entertainment, refocusing much of its operational energy on its expansive European and Australian markets.
