Neisson Profil 105 is a premium Rhum Agricole produced by the Neisson distillery in the town of Le Carbet, Martinique. Founded in 1932 by brothers Adrien and Jean Neisson, the distillery is one of the last remaining independent, family-run rum producers on the island. The brand is celebrated for its commitment to the Martinique AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) standards, utilizing fresh sugarcane juice rather than molasses and employing traditional distillation methods using their iconic Savalle copper column still.

The Profil 105 expression is specifically noted for being 'éleve sous bois' (aged in wood), where the spirit spends time in toasted French oak and American ex-bourbon barrels to develop its distinctive profile of roasted nuts, honey, and floral notes.
