El Taco Truck is a Swedish brand founded in 2012 by Nikola Adamovic and Guillermo Rodriguez, originating as Scandinavia's first food truck. The brand specializes in Mexican-inspired food products with a focus on vegan ingredients.

While the brand identity is deeply rooted in Mexican culinary culture, the physical products, including their salsas and sauces, are primarily manufactured in Sweden to serve the Nordic market. In 2021, the company was acquired by the Swiss-based consumer goods giant Orkla through its subsidiary Orkla Foods Sverige. This acquisition integrated El Taco Truck into one of the largest food portfolios in Northern Europe, ensuring widespread distribution while maintaining its original brand persona as a pioneer in the 'New Taco' movement.
