SFINX Klokanky

Klokanky is a traditional brand of hard-boiled candies known for their distinctive menthol and eucalyptus flavor, often associated with a refreshing cooling effect. The brand features a recognizable kangaroo silhouette, which ties into the name ('Klokan' means kangaroo in Czech).

Originally part of the SFINX confectionery heritage in Holešov, Czech Republic, the brand has deep roots in the regional sweets market. The manufacturing facility in Holešov has been producing confectionery for over a century and continues to be the primary production site for these candies.

Today, the SFINX brand and its product lines, including Klokanky, are owned by Nestlé. Since 1992, following the privatization process and subsequent acquisitions, Nestlé has maintained the traditional local brands in the Czech and Slovak markets while integrating them into its global corporate structure. The ultimate ownership lies with Nestlé S.A., headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland, which continues to distribute these nostalgic treats across Central and Eastern Europe through its local subsidiaries.
