Masters is a heritage dairy brand with deep roots in Western Australia. It was originally established in 1925 as Masters Dairy by H.G. Masters in Bentley, Perth. For nearly a century, it has been a staple in the Western Australian community, known for producing a variety of milk, cream, and flavored dairy products using local milk.

Over the years, the brand's ownership has transitioned through several major corporate entities. It was previously owned by the Japanese company Kirin (through its subsidiary Lion Dairy & Drinks) before being sold in early 2021. Today, Masters is owned by Bega Cheese Limited, an Australian-owned and operated dairy company. This transition returned the brand to Australian ownership, effectively fulfilling the "Aussie Owned" and "WA Made" claims found on its packaging. The milk is processed locally at the Masters facility in Bentley, Western Australia, ensuring that the product remains a localized community brand.
