Seresto is a globally recognized brand specializing in long-term parasite protection for pets. The product was originally developed by the Animal Health division of the German pharmaceutical giant Bayer AG. In 2020, Elanco Animal Health completed a landmark acquisition of Bayer Animal Health, officially bringing the Seresto brand under its portfolio. While the brand was born from German engineering and is still heavily manufactured in Germany, it is now owned by an American-based global animal health leader.
