Bering is a Danish watch and jewelry brand founded in 2010 by Michael Witt Johansen. The brand was inspired by the beauty of the Arctic and named after the Danish sailor Vitus Bering. The watches are characterized by a minimalist Nordic design, often utilizing high-quality materials such as sapphire glass and ceramic.

While the brand's design and conceptual headquarters remain in Denmark, the manufacturing primarily takes place in China to maintain competitive pricing, while the internal quartz movements are typically sourced from specialist manufacturers in Japan (Citizen Miyota). The brand remains independently owned by its original founders through Bering Time ApS.
