The brand originated with the company Peeters Producten B.V., a family-owned business based in Roosendaal, Netherlands. For decades, the spread was produced and managed by the Peeters family. In late 2020, the brand was acquired by private equity firm Victus Participations, ensuring its continued production in the Netherlands while focusing on sustainability initiatives and global export expansion.
