Duo Penotti Chocolate and Milk Spread

Duo Penotti is an iconic Dutch hazelnut and milk chocolate spread known for its signature two-tone stripes. The brand was founded in the Netherlands in 1970 and became a household name under the family business Peeters Produkten. It is famous for its 'P-P-P-Penotti' advertising jingle which solidified its place in Dutch pop culture.

While originally a family-owned venture, the brand entered a new era in 2020 when it was acquired by the Italian confectionery giant Sperlari, which is itself part of the German Katjes Group. Despite the change in high-level ownership, the product continues to be manufactured in its home country of the Netherlands, maintaining its original recipe and Dutch identity.
