Since 2017, Fountain has been part of the Cerebos Pacific group, which was acquired by the Kraft Heinz Company. This acquisition integrated several classic Australian and New Zealand brands into the Kraft Heinz global portfolio, ensuring that while the brand remains local in production and consumer perception, it is backed by the resources of a global food manufacturing powerhouse headquartered in the United States.
