Specsavers DKNY glasses

DKNY, or Donna Karan New York, is a high-fashion brand founded in 1984 by designer Donna Karan in New York City. The brand originally focused on clothing before expanding into accessories, including eyewear. The glasses pictured are a collaboration or part of the licensed distribution through Specsavers.

While the DKNY brand represents American fashion heritage, most of its commercial eyewear production is outsourced to global manufacturing hubs, predominantly in China. The brand is currently owned by the G-III Apparel Group, an American clothing company that acquired the Donna Karan International group from LVMH in 2016. In the European market, particularly in the UK and used in the Netherlands, they are often distributed through optical chains like Specsavers.
