Vitasoy Soy Milky Regular is a premium plant-based beverage specifically formulated to provide a creamy, dairy-like experience using Australian-grown non-GMO soybeans. The brand originated in Hong Kong in 1940, founded by Dr. Lo Kwee-seong with the mission of providing affordable, protein-rich nutrition to the public.

In the Australian market, the brand was long managed through a joint venture between the Hong Kong parent company and local partners (previously Lion Dairy & Drinks and later Bega Cheese). However, in early 2023, Vitasoy International Holdings exercised a call option to acquire the remaining 49% stake from Bega Cheese, bringing the Australian operations under 100% full ownership of the Hong Kong-based group. Today, the product is manufactured at a dedicated facility in Wodonga, Victoria, supporting local agriculture by sourcing soybeans directly from Australian farmers.
