Aqua d'Or sparkling water

Aqua d'Or is a leading Danish mineral water brand, originally established in 1988 when the first source was discovered in Fasterholt, near Brande in Jutland, Denmark. The water is drawn from a protected underground artesian spring that has been filtered through layers of sand for centuries, ensuring a high level of purity.

From 2015 until 2024, the brand was owned by the French food conglomerate Danone. However, in early 2024, Aqua d'Or was acquired by Royal Unibrew, a major Danish beverage company. This acquisition brought the brand back under Danish ownership. The manufacturing continues to take place at the original source in Fasterholt, ensuring the products maintain their local heritage and quality standards.
