Schweppes Mandarin soft drink

Schweppes is one of the world's oldest and most prestigious beverage brands, famously known for inventing the first industrial process to carbonate water. The brand was founded in Geneva in 1783 by Johann Jacob Schweppe, a German-born watchmaker and amateur scientist who later moved the company to London. Over the centuries, it has evolved from a medical tonic provider to a global leader in mixers and flavored sparkling drinks.

In the Bulgarian market, Schweppes products, including the Mandarin flavor shown in the image, are primarily manufactured and bottled locally by Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC) Bulgaria. The ownership of the Schweppes brand is complex due to historical licensing agreements: in most countries outside of North America (including Europe and Bulgaria), the brand is owned by The Coca-Cola Company. In the United States and Canada, however, it is owned by Keurig Dr Pepper. The product remains a staple in the premium carbonated soft drink segment, maintaining a reputation for high-quality carbonation and distinct citrus profiles.
