Today, Walra is a prominent name in the home textile market, offering collections across bedding, bath linens, and kitchen textiles. While its design and conceptual roots remain firmly in the Netherlands, manufacturing takes place in multiple countries known for textile production, including Portugal, Turkey, and Pakistan, to ensure a balance of craftsmanship and sustainability.

The brand underwent a significant corporate transition in recent years. It was formerly part of the Vespo Group but has since been acquired by the Bedding House group. This acquisition consolidated Walra's position within the European home decor market, benefitting from Bedding House's extensive distribution network and commitment to eco-friendly production methods like the Better Cotton Initiative.
