Druni is a prominent Spanish retailer specializing in perfumery, cosmetics, and personal care. Founded in 1987 in Carlet, Valencia, the brand has grown from a local family business into one of Spain's leading beauty chains. The brand operates both physical stores across the country and a large e-commerce platform that distributes national and international beauty brands.

In 2023, Druni announced a significant strategic merger with the Portuguese retailer Arenal (which was majority-owned by the MC Sonae group). This merger, finalized and operational in 2024, created a powerhouse in the Iberian beauty market. While the Druni identity remains focused on its Valencian roots and Spanish heritage, the brand now exists within a broader corporate structure designed to dominate the health and beauty retail sector in both Spain and Portugal.
