Rynkeby is a historic Nordic juice brand that originated in Denmark in 1934. It was founded by Inger Rasmussen in the town of Rynkeby on the island of Funen, initially starting as a small-scale production to utilize excess apples from local orchards. Over the decades, it grew to become the leading juice brand in Denmark and a prominent player across Scandinavia.

The manufacturing of Rynkeby products is primarily centered in Denmark, particularly at their facility in Ringe. However, as part of a large multinational group, some variations or distribution packagings may occur across other European facilities depending on the target market. The brand is known for its wide variety of fruit-based beverages, including juices from concentrate like the orange juice shown here.

In terms of ownership, Rynkeby underwent a significant transition in 2016 when it was sold by its long-time owner, Arla Foods, to the German Eckes-Granini Group. Eckes-Granini is one of Europe's largest manufacturers of fruit juices and beverages. Today, Rynkeby operates as a subsidiary under this German parent company, maintaining its cultural identity as a Danish heritage brand while benefiting from the logistical and distribution scale of its German owners.
