Tyrrells is a premium brand of potato crisps recognized worldwide for its hand-cooked production method and nostalgic, quintessentially British branding. The brand was founded in 2002 by William Chase at Tyrrells Court Farm in Herefordshire, England. By utilizing specialized potatoes grown on-site and slow-cooking them in small batches, the brand successfully carved out a niche in the high-end snack market.

Over the decades, the brand's ownership has transitioned through several major food corporations. Following its initial success, it was sold to Langholm Capital, then to Amplify Snack Brands. In 2018, the brand reached its current corporate home when KP Snacks, a subsidiary of the German-owned Intersnack Group, acquired the brand. While the heart of the manufacturing remains in Herefordshire, UK, the global distribution and ownership by Intersnack have led to some production occurring in other regions to satisfy international demand.
