Croky is a legendary Belgian snack brand founded in 1966 by the Huyghe family in Nieuwkerke, West Flanders. The brand's name and its iconic parrot mascot were inspired by the family's pet parrot. Over the decades, Croky has become a staple of the Benelux market, known for its thin, crispy texture and bold flavors.
After a period of ownership by the British conglomerate United Biscuits starting in the 1970s, the brand returned to Belgian hands in 2004 when it was acquired by Roger & Roger. Today, all Croky products are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility in Mouscron, Belgium. The company remains a family-owned enterprise, positioning itself as a strong local alternative to global snack giants. The 'Explosions' line is a modern extension of the brand, featuring intense seasonings and a deep-cut ribbed texture designed to deliver a high-impact flavor experience.
