Bauducco is an iconic Brazilian brand specializing in baked goods, most famous for its Panettone and wide variety of biscuits and toasts. The brand was founded in 1952 by Carlo Bauducco, an Italian immigrant who brought traditional sourdough fermentation techniques from Italy to São Paulo, Brazil. This heritage is still reflected in the product labeling, which emphasizes 'fermentação natural' (natural fermentation).

Today, Bauducco is part of the Pandurata Alimentos group, which remains a family-owned Brazilian entity. It has grown to be one of the largest baked goods manufacturers in the world, with substantial exports and production facilities focused primarily in Brazil, but with a significant presence and manufacturing footprint in the United States as well to serve the North American market.
