Cerpa Export is a premium lager known for its distinctive smoothness and refined taste, deeply rooted in the brewing traditions of the Amazon region. It is produced by Cerpa (Cervejaria Paraense), which was established in 1966 in Belém, Pará, by German immigrant Konrad Karl Seibel. Seibel combined European brewing techniques with the unique soft water of the Amazon basin to create a flavor profile that stands out in the Brazilian beer market.
The brand has maintained its identity as a regional icon while achieving national and international recognition. Unlike many other major Brazilian brands that have been absorbed by global conglomerates like AB InBev, Cerpa remains under the control of the Seibel family's business interests, continuing its legacy as an independent Brazilian brewery based in the North of the country.
