Celnat is a prominent brand in the organic food sector, specializing in the processing of cereals and grains since its founding in 1979 in the Auvergne region of France. The brand is well-regarded for its commitment to biological farming and high-quality transformation processes, producing products like the white spelt flour which is popular in European health food markets.

Originally a family-founded business by the Celle family, the brand focused on macrobiotic and organic principles. In 2016, Celnat was acquired by the Ebro Foods group, a global leader in the rice and pasta sectors. Despite being under the umbrella of a large multinational, Celnat maintains its production identity in France, specifically operating from its historical base in Saint-Germain-Laprade, ensuring the link between high-quality French agriculture and the final product remains intact.
