Celnat Spelt Flour

Celnat is a prominent French brand specializing in organic cereals and mill products. Founded in 1979 by the Celle family in the Auvergne region, the company has built its reputation on traditional stone-grinding techniques that preserve the nutritional integrity of grains like spelt. Their manufacturing remains centered in France, particularly in Saint-Germain-Laprade, ensuring high standards of organic certification.

In 2016, Celnat was acquired by the Ebro Foods group through its subsidiary Alimentation Santé. This acquisition integrated the traditional French organic miller into a much larger international food powerhouse. Today, while it maintains its identity as a premium organic brand with roots in French agricultural tradition, it benefits from the global distribution and financial backing of the Ebro Foods group headquartered in Spain.
