Salling Drueagurker is a private label brand of pickled gherkins (cornichons) sold predominantly in Denmark. The brand 'Salling' is the namesake house brand of Salling Group, Denmark's largest retail group. These pickles are preserved in a traditional spiced brine including mustard seeds, which is a staple in Nordic and Northern European pantries.

While the brand is distinctly Danish in origin and management, the manufacturing of Salling's preserved vegetables often takes place in Germany or other parts of Central Europe where large-scale gherkin cultivation and pickling infrastructure are concentrated. The Salling Group maintains strict quality control over its private label range to ensure it meets the standards of its various supermarket chains, including Føtex and Bilka.

Today, the brand is owned by the Salling Group, which is entirely owned by the Salling Foundations. This ownership structure is unique as it ensures that a significant portion of the company's profits are reinvested into Danish culture, education, and charity rather than going to private shareholders.
