Belvoir Farm (formerly Belvoir Fruit Farms) is a premium British beverage brand based in the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire. Founded by Lord and Lady John Manners in 1984, the company began as a farm-based venture where elderflowers were harvested from the family's own plantations to create traditional cordials. Today, the brand is widely recognized for its high-quality botanical ingredients and its signature sparkling elderflower pressé.
The manufacturing process remains deeply rooted in its original location at Belvoir Farm. The company prides itself on using traditional methods and fresh ingredients, including elderflowers that are hand-picked from their own 60-acre plantation and from the surrounding countryside. Despite its global growth and availability in major international retailers, the brand maintains a commitment to its rural English heritage.
Belvoir Farm remains an independent, family-owned business. It is currently managed by Peverel Manners, the son of the founders. Unlike many premium beverage brands that have been acquired by large multinational conglomerates, Belvoir has retained its private ownership, allowing it to maintain its craft-focused brand identity and sustainable farming practices.
