Over time, TripAdvisor fully absorbed the brand into its vacation rental division. Today, FlipKey operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of TripAdvisor LLC, benefiting from the global infrastructure and technology of its parent company while maintaining its distinct brand identity within the travel planning space.
