LogMeIn (now GoTo)

LogMeIn was founded in 2003 as 3am Labs in Budapest, Hungary, before establishing its primary headquarters in Boston, USA. The company became a leader in remote connectivity.

In 2022, LogMeIn rebranded as GoTo to signify its shift toward integrated communications. The company is now a major player in the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector, providing tools for IT support and business collaboration.

Currently, the brand is owned by private equity firms Francisco Partners and Elliott Management. While it maintains a global footprint with offices in multiple continents, its strategic operations and management remain rooted in the United States.
