Lazzaroni is an iconic Italian confectionery brand with deep roots in Saronno, Italy, dating back to 1888. The brand is globally famous for its 'Amaretti di Saronno'. These 'Preziosi' biscuits are part of their breakfast and snack line, featuring cocoa and hazelnuts with heart-shaped cream decorations.

While the Lazzaroni family business split into separate biscuit and liqueur entities over time, the confectionery division (D. Lazzaroni & C.) was famously acquired by the Ragosta Group in 2008. In 2014, the brand and its manufacturing operations in Isola del Liri were acquired by the Cerealitalia Group. Cerealitalia specialize in snacks and chocolate products under various brands, maintaining the traditional Italian production methods and quality standards associated with the historic Lazzaroni name.
