Dari is the leading Moroccan brand specializing in the production and export of couscous and pasta products. Founded by the Amhal family, the brand has grown significantly since its inception in the mid-1990s and is now a publicly listed company on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.

The manufacturing process primarily takes place in Morocco, utilizing local and imported durum wheat semolina to produce traditional Mediterranean staples. The brand is managed and controlled by the original founding company, Dari Couspate, which has maintained its headquarters in Salé, Morocco, while expanding its distribution to over 45 countries worldwide.
