Havre Fras is a beloved Scandinavian breakfast brand, originally launched in 1959. The brand is known for its distinctive pillow-shaped oat cereals that prioritize high fiber and whole-grain content. This specific version, Havre Fras Kakao, adds a cocoa coating to the classic oat base.

The brand was originally developed by the Danish company OTA (A/S OTA), which was later acquired by Quaker Oats. Quaker Oats itself became a subsidiary of the American multinational PepsiCo in 2001. Today, Havre Fras remains a staple in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, and continues to be manufactured in Denmark for the Nordic market under the PepsiCo umbrella.
