Vania is a prominent brand in the feminine hygiene sector, particularly well-known in the French and European markets. The brand focuses on creating high-absorbency products like the Maxi pads shown in the image. Although the brand has historical roots in France, its production is distributed across several European manufacturing facilities managed by its parent company.
Originally part of the Johnson & Johnson hygiene portfolio, Vania was sold to the American company Edgewell Personal Care in 2015. Edgewell is a major global player in the personal care industry, also owning brands such as Schick, Wilkinson Sword, and Playtex. This acquisition allowed Edgewell to strengthen its footprint in the European sanitary protection market.
