dr Gerard ChocoBears Milky biscuits

dr Gerard is one of the largest confectionery manufacturers in Central and Eastern Europe. Founded in Ożarów Mazowiecki, Poland, in 1993, the company has grown from a local biscuit producer into an international brand exported to over 30 countries. The ChocoBears Milky variety features bear-shaped chocolate toppings on a butter biscuit base.

Historically, the brand has seen several ownership changes, having been owned by Bridgepoint and later Groupe SOS. In October 2023, the Spanish global confectionery leader Adam Foods completed the acquisition of dr Gerard from Bridgepoint. This move integrated dr Gerard into the same corporate family as iconic brands like Cuétara and Artiach, positioning it as a key pillar for Adam Foods' expansion into the Eastern European market.
