Bauducco is a globally recognized food brand that originated in Brazil. It was founded in 1952 by Carlo Bauducco, an Italian immigrant who brought his family's traditional panettone recipe to São Paulo. The company has since evolved from a local artisanal bakery into the world's largest producer of panettone and one of the leading manufacturers of biscuits, wafers, and cookies in South America.
