Harry's was founded in 2013 by Jeff Raider and Andy Katz-Mayfield with the goal of providing high-quality shaving products at a fair price. A pivotal moment in the brand's history occurred in 2014 when the company purchased the Feintechnik factory in Eisfeld, Germany. This 100-year-old facility provides the brand with a unique vertically integrated supply chain, allowing them to control the quality of their razor blades from design to production.

While the steel blades are famously crafted in Germany, the company's shave gels, creams, and various skincare products are predominantly manufactured in the United States. Today, Harry's Inc. has expanded its portfolio beyond its flagship brand to include other personal care entities, maintaining its status as a major independent disruptor in the grooming industry.
