Bauducco is a globally recognized Brazilian brand specializing in baked goods, most famous for its Panettone and wafer cookies. The brand was established in 1952 by Carlo Bauducco, an Italian immigrant who brought traditional Italian baking recipes to São Paulo, Brazil.
Today, the Bauducco brand remains under the ultimate ownership of Pandurata Alimentos, the parent company founded by the Bauducco family. While the brand has a significant international presence, including a massive manufacturing facility in Miami, Florida, to serve the North American market, most of its core products found in various markets are primarily manufactured in Brazil where the company maintains its largest production hub. The company is currently one of the largest manufacturers of baked goods in the world.
