LimeSurvey

LimeSurvey is a leading open-source online survey application written in PHP. It was originally launched in 2003 as PHPSurveyor by Australian developer Jason Cleeland. The project was later rebranded to LimeSurvey in 2007 to better reflect its growing feature set and professional positioning in the market.
