Christos initially crafted his signature Greek-inspired dips, such as Caviar (Taramosalata) and Hommus, using traditional recipes from his heritage.

Today, the brand is widely recognized for its diverse range of products, including its popular terracotta pot specialty range and its classic heritage dip line. Manufacturing is focused in a state-of-the-art facility in Thomastown, Victoria, maintaining a strong commitment to local Australian production and quality ingredients.

As of 2024, it continues to be family-owned and operated by the Tassios family, preserving the craftsmanship and individual brand identity that Christos established in the early eighties.
