MetaboAnalystR software package

MetaboAnalystR is an open-source R package designed for comprehensive metabolomics data analysis and functional interpretation. It was developed to serve as the local, R-based counterpart to the popular MetaboAnalyst web server, providing researchers with tools for LC-MS/MS spectral processing, statistical analysis, and pathway identification.
