Following a strategic shift announced in 2024, Unilever completed a demerger of its ice cream division in late 2025. This move created "The Magnum Ice Cream Company" (TMICC) as an independent, publicly traded entity headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As of 2026, TMICC owns and operates the brand globally, focusing exclusively on frozen treats. In Denmark, the product continues to be marketed and distributed under the beloved Frisko brand name.

Manufacturing of Magnum products occurs across several high-tech facilities in Europe to meet regional demand.
