NH Hotels is a major international hotel chain originally founded in Spain. The company established its first hotel in 1978 and grew rapidly to become one of the top hotel groups in Europe. It operates a vast portfolio of urban hotels across Europe, the Americas, and Africa, catering to both business and leisure travelers.

In recent years, the ownership of the brand has undergone significant changes. Since 2018, the Thai-based company Minor International (MINT) has been the majority shareholder, successfully integrating NH Hotels into its global hospitality portfolio. This transition has allowed the brand to expand its reach further into Asian and global markets while maintaining its Spanish heritage and core identity.
