Prince Original biscuits

Prince biscuits, widely known as Prince de Lu, are a popular brand of sandwich biscuits featuring a cocoa cream filling. The brand was originally created by the Belgian biscuit maker Edward De Beukelaer in the late 19th century, named in honor of the Prince of Belgium. Over the decades, the brand has become a staple snack across Europe, particularly in France, Belgium, and Denmark.

Today, the brand is part of the global snacks giant Mondelēz International. Manufacturing takes place in several factories across Europe to supply various regional markets, including prominent facilities in France and Belgium. The ownership has transitioned through several major food conglomerates, from the original De Beukelaer company to General Biscuits, then Groupe Danone, before finally being acquired by Mondelēz.
